Shipping policy

Dispatch
Allocations are processed within 24 hours of order to ensure priority dispatch. Once processed, changes to your delivery address cannot be guaranteed. Email info@ssnatched.uk immediately if an adjustment is required.

Delivery timescales
United Kingdom and ROI: typically 7 to 10 working days from dispatch.
International: up to 14 working days from dispatch.
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or incorrect address details are outside our control.

Delivery costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and displayed in full before payment.

Duties and import charges
Duty is included on UK and ROI allocations(purchases). International Patrons(Customers) may be liable for local import duties, taxes or customs charges levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Safe place deliveries
Where a safe place or nominated location is requested, delivery to that location is at the Customer's own discretion and risk. Ssnatched accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage once the allocation has been delivered as instructed.

Damaged or missing allocations
If your allocation arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, as set out in our Refund and Return Policy. If your allocation has not arrived within the timescales above, contact info@ssnatched.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
