1. WHO WE ARE
This website, ssnatched.uk, is operated by Ssnatched Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 84 Kimberley Road, London, E4 6DQ, United Kingdom. In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "the House" mean Ssnatched Ltd. "You", "your", "Patron" and "Customer" mean the person using this website or placing an order.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy and, where applicable, our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are perishable wellness products intended for personal consumption by healthy adults. They are food products and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
You are responsible for reading the product information, ingredient listing and our Pre-Purchase Safety and Allergen Notice before purchasing. If you have a medical condition, take prescribed medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any allergy or intolerance, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.
We take care to describe our products accurately, but product images are illustrative and packaging, appearance and ingredient sourcing may vary. Always read the label on the product you receive.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order and does not form a contract.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the product is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method, or where payment details do not align with our security checks. If we cancel an order for which you have paid, we will refund you in full.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of UK duty where stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed for dispatch.
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel your order.
International Patrons may be liable for import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price and will contact you to cancel or confirm the order at the correct price.
7. DELIVERY
Delivery timescales, costs and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where you instruct delivery to a safe place or nominated location, delivery to that location is at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage thereafter.
8. CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.
In summary: under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, perishable goods and sealed health and hygiene products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once delivered or unsealed. Accordingly, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an allocation has been dispatched.
Damaged, defective or incorrect allocations must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, as set out in the Refund and Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where a subscription or recurring purchase option is offered, the terms of billing, renewal and cancellation are set out in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
10. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@ssnatched.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this clause.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, product names and design, belongs to Ssnatched Ltd or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
13. CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe
